Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
Manage labourers, subcontractors, and material requirements.
Check quality of work, measurements, levels, and alignment.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
Coordinate with the Site Engineer, contractors, and suppliers.
Maintain daily progress reports and labour attendance records.
Report site issues, delays, and material shortages to management.
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant experience.
Experience: 2–5 years in civil construction.
Skills: Drawing reading, site supervision, labour management, quality control, and communication.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
