We are looking for an experienced freelance HR Recruiter to hire 8 employees for our growing D2C e-commerce business.

Positions to Hire:
4 Sales Executives
1 Customer Support Executive
1 Vendor Coordination Executive
1 RTO & Returns Executive
1 Finance & Accounts Executive

Responsibilities & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
Experience hiring sales and operations staff.
Ability to recruit Tamil, Telugu and Kannada-speaking candidates.




D2C or e-commerce hiring experience preferred.
Complete initial recruitment within 30 days.
Coordinate replacements during the agreed retention period.

This is a freelance, part time, contract-based recruitment project, not a permanent or monthly salaried position.
