Job Title: Team Leader

1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role.
Positive leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to assign work to team members and monitor daily activities.
Smart, active, and capable of handling operational responsibilities.
Ability to manage workloads and achieve daily targets.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to coordinate with team members and management.
Responsible for maintaining productivity, discipline, and work quality.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
