Job Role
Handle day-to-day billing and invoicing activities.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and other sales related documents.
Maintain accurate billing records using Tally.




Ensure proper application of GST in billing and documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers and understandtheir requirements.
Coordinate with the store and factory for stock availability, material dispatch, and order processing.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and material requirements.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions

.9. Collect and maintain potential customer data from social media platforms.
Identify and collect project requirements and businessopportunities from the internet.
Coordinate with the sales and management team to convertenquiries into potential business.
Maintain proper customer and enquiry record

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
