Job Responsibilities
Guide students in choosing the right course.
Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and email.
Make follow-up calls and convert inquiries into admissions.
Ensure a smooth admission and joining process.
Maintain student records and follow-up dashboard.
Provide excellent customer support and build robust relationships with students.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good counseling and convincing ability.
Robust follow-up and customer relationship skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Well-organized with good time management skills.
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (Freshers & Experienced can apply).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
