Take ownership of customer issues, listen actively with empathy, and deliver practical solutions.
Transfer complex technical, financial, or policy-violating problems to senior staff, supervisors, or specialized internal departments.
Log detailed notes of customer contacts, transactions, comments, and troubleshooting steps into database or CRM systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
