Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin, a vegetarian restaurant, is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly.
Assist customers with seating arrangements and restaurant services.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
Manage guest reservations and special requests, when required.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and professional communication.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach.
Prior experience in hospitality, hotels, or restaurants is preferred.




Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Ability to work in a team and handle customers politely.
