About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our social media content team in Delhi. The role involves creating high-quality visual content for social media platforms in support of a government official’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging social media creatives including posts, carousels, stories, infographics, and banners
Create visually consistent designs aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and the team to develop cohesive visual content
Handle multiple design requests and revisions under tight deadlines
Prepare final design files in the required formats for different social media platforms
Maintain an organised library of design assets and templates
Stay updated with current design trends, especially for social media

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design




Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator are mandatory; InDesign and After Effects are a plus)
Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience in designing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital design work (mandatory)
Positive communication skills and openness to feedback

Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience working with government, political, or institutional brands
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation
Familiarity with Canva or Figma
