Urgent Hiring – Nursing Team Leader | Kalinga - Max Homecare
Location: Bhuvneshwar
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: 3+ years in nursing, preferably homecare/hospital experience
Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage nursing staff and patient care services.
Ensure quality nursing care and adherence to clinical protocols.
Monitor staff deployment, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate with patients, attendants, doctors, and internal teams.
Handle clinical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct staff training and maintain required documentation.
