We are looking for a courteous, responsible, and service-oriented Hospitality Staff member to join our team at Sundarban, Mandsaur. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
Assist with guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and related activities, as required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of guest areas and common spaces.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food service, maintenance, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support food and beverage service and other hospitality-related activities, as assigned.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Follow establishment policies, safety standards, and hospitality service protocols.
Ensure guests receive attentive, efficient,



and friendly service throughout their visit.

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; higher qualifications are an advantage.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, restaurants, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality, qualified conduct, and a guest-first attitude.
Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities efficiently.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, when required.
