Position : Service Manager

Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and supervise the complete service & maintenance team.
Lead and coordinate mechanics and technicians.
Plan and monitor daily workshop activities.
Ensure proper vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Manage workshop machines, tools and equipment.
Monitor technician performance and productivity.
Ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.
Handle customer service issues and complaints.
Maintain workshop safety and housekeeping standards.
Monitor spare parts, tools and service requirements.




Ensure smooth and effective workshop operations.

QUALIFICATION
Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
Robust knowledge of automobile service and maintenance.
Positive team management and communication skills.
Previous experience as a Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Senior Service Advisor is preferred.
