Key Responsibilities
Inspect surface-treated components to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Check surface finish, coating quality, thickness, appearance, and other specified parameters.
Perform measurements and tests using appropriate inspection instruments and testing equipment.
Identify, report, and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and test results accurately.
Coordinate with Production and Process teams to implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, safety requirements, and housekeeping standards.
Monitor chemical bath parameters and process conditions, wherever applicable.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Chemistry and surface treatment processes.
Ability to understand technical specifications and inspection criteria.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.
Positive observation, attention to detail, and reporting skills.





Key Performance Expectations
Ensure accurate inspection, timely identification of defects, compliance with specifications, and reduction of rejection and rework.

Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemistry or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection, surface treatment, or manufacturing is preferred. Freshers with basic technical knowledge may also be considered.

Reporting To: Quality Engineer / Quality Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
