Medcity International Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and proficient IELTS / OET Speaking Assistant to support students in improving their speaking skills and preparing for international English proficiency examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct speaking practice sessions for IELTS and OET candidates.
Help students improve fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
Conduct mock speaking tests and provide constructive feedback.
Guide IELTS candidates on speaking test criteria and OET candidates on role-play scenarios.
Identify students' weaknesses and provide individual support for improvement.
Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
Coordinate with trainers and the academic team to ensure effective student support.
Motivate students to achieve their target scores.

Requirements




Excellent English communication and speaking skills.
Good understanding of IELTS Speaking and/or OET Speaking test formats.
Strong interpersonal and student-handling skills.
Ability to provide explicit feedback and support learners at different proficiency levels.
Prior experience in IELTS or OET training is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
IELTS/OET training experience or relevant certification.
Strong pronunciation, fluency, and language assessment skills.
A student-focused approach with positive mentoring abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
