The Vendor Management Executive will maintain oversight of DrishtiNova’s external vendors across

technology, content, subscriptions, skilled services and other business functions.

The role will ensure vendor commitments, open issues, renewals and follow-ups are properly tracked

and that management has transparent visibility of vendor performance.

This is not an accounts-payable role. The person will work with internal department owners while

independently following up with vendors and driving outstanding actions to closure.

Role Summary

You will maintain the central vendor register, coordinate vendor communication and follow-ups, track

outstanding commitments and issues, and provide regular reporting on vendor performance and

pending actions.

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain the central vendor and subscription register.

● Maintain vendor contacts, agreements, commercials, renewal dates and internal owners.





● Track vendor deliverables, commitments and outstanding actions.

● Follow up regularly with vendors and drive pending items to closure.

● Maintain a central log of vendor issues and escalations.

● Track vendor response and resolution performance.

● Coordinate between vendors and internal department owners.

● Flag delayed deliverables, recurring issues and poor vendor performance.

● Support contract/subscription renewals and commercial negotiations with relevant internal

owners.

● Maintain vendor documentation and communication records.

● Produce regular vendor status and performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
