· Minimum Qualification

Graduation or Equivalent

Degree / Diploma / Certification in Materials Management/ Store Keeping /Warehousing/Inventory

Management Field will be an added advantage.

· Minimum Experience

Minimum 7 to 10 Years of experience in Store Management.

(Defense persons will be given privilege and Rank should be NCO level.)

Responsibilities

· Stock & Inventory Management Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date

Records of all incoming and outgoing stock using inventory software (like ERP, SAP, Tally, or MS Excel) etc.

· Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock verification (cycle counting) to match physical stock with system records and resolve discrepancies.

· Record Management: Monitor levels closely and raise purchase requirement /requisitions before critical items run out.

· Material Handing & Quality Control/Receiving Goods: Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, verify quantities against delivery challan /purchase orders, and accept goods. Storage Optimization: Ensure proper segregation,



labelling and organized storage of material for easy retrieval and safety .Issuance: Issue materials or tools to internal departments or external or external clients based on approved requisition slips.

· Documentation & Reporting Record keeping: Maintain essential files such as Goods Received Notes (GRN) Material Issue Notes (MIN), and gate passes. Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports on stock status, slow –moving items, and damaged goods for the management. To make requisition for payment of vendors.

· Safety & Store / Warehouse Standards: Clean and maintain the store premises to ensure a protected working workplace. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols for handling heavy or hazardous materials. To follow- up for Engineering Drawing / Documents from vendors.
