Vythiri Park is looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information, handling enquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Assist guests with enquiries, information, and directions.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide information about park activities, facilities, and services.
Support guest check-in, ticketing, and reservation activities when required.
Collect guest feedback and assist in improving service quality.
Maintain professional communication with guests.




Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience.

Requirements:
Plustwo or Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and a customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
