Job Responsibilities
Handle front desk and receptionist duties.
Attend incoming calls and make basic follow-up calls.
Welcome and assist clients professionally.
Perform basic computer work, data entry, and documentation.
Maintain client records and office files.
Coordinate with the visa counselling team.
Handle day-to-day office support tasks.
