We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Helper/Welder. In this role, you will assist welders with various tasks while learning and developing your welding skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist welders in setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment and tools.
Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and positioning them as required.
Hold or clamp workpieces in position for welding or bolting.
Perform basic welding tasks under the guidance of experienced welders.
Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times to ensure a protected working setting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
