About MOFIA:

MOFIA is Chennai's quick-growing pre-owned and refurbished mobile phone brand. We operate retail outlets in Ekkatuthangal and T Nagar, with a skilled multi-point Quality Check process for every device we sell. We're not a typical phone shop — we run on systems, SOPs, and structured training. Our goal is to build MOFIA into a PAN India brand, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers in choosing the right phone for their budget
Explain phone specs, condition grades, and warranty terms clearly
Handle exchanges, upgrades, and accessory recommendations
Process billing using our POS system (training provided)
Maintain store presentation standards

Who Should Apply:
Age: 20–30 years
Good communication in Tamil + basic English
Genuine interest in mobile phones and technology




Freshers welcome — if you're sharp and willing to learn fast
Prior retail or mobile sales experience is a plus, not a must
Candidates from Poorvika, Sangeetha, Big C, Hotspot, or any mobile retail background — we'd love to talk to you
