Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about company services.
Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
Follow up with clients regarding queries, feedback, and ongoing requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
Maintain client records, communication history, and follow-up schedules.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
Ensure client satisfaction and support client retention.
Prepare regular client interaction and follow-up reports.
