Job Overview

PVR INOX is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associates to deliver an excellent movie-going and dine-in experience. The role involves guest relations, food and beverage service, ticketing assistance, and supporting smooth cinema operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.
Assist guests with movie timings, ticketing, auditorium entry, and seating.
Take and serve food and beverage orders for dine-in guests.
Ensure timely service and maintain guest satisfaction.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards across guest areas.
Coordinate with the operations and F&B; teams for smooth cinema functioning.
Follow company policies, safety procedures,



and grooming standards.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Aviation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and a guest-oriented approach.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
