1) Engine and Hybrid Emission testing as per Indian / US / European legislation
2) Test facility work Planning and Scheduling.
3) Manpower Handling and Training
4) Monitoring utilisation and effciency of the test facility ,
5) Test report preparation and release,
6) Trouble shooting and failure analysis
7) Recent test bed Installation and Commissioning knowledge

Experience

BE - 8 ~ 9 yrs

Industry Preferred
Automotive /Farm / Heavy Duty Industry
Certification Agency

Sound Knowledge of Indian & International Emission legislations.
Candidate with Hybrid powertrain validation experience preferred.
Proficient in handling below equipment's ,
1) Engine dyno operation.
2) Engine dyno Automation software Like PUMA / Orbit-e
3) Fuel Balance, conditioner,
4) Emission measuring Equipment's, SPC, Particle Counter etc

Ability to do Engine Dyno Performance & Emission testing independently as well as support to build a current Team.
With Data analysis in SW like Concerto / Uniplot
Knowledge on engine management software's like INCA, VISU.
