Job description:
Promote and market company projects through various sales and marketing channels.
Generate new leads through calls, references, digital platforms, field visits, and other marketing activities.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information.
Arrange and coordinate customer site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until closure.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify recent sales prospects and competitor activities.
Participate in promotional campaigns,



property exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.
Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and project teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
