Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
Prepare rate analysis, quotations, and budget comparisons.
Handle client billing, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.
Track project costs, material consumption, and variations.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, design, and accounts teams.
Monitor project expenses and help control material wastage.
Qualification
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or billing.
Experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
