Must know the basics of baking, cake layering, frosting, and cake decoration.
Basic knowledge of ganache, whipped cream, fillings, and dessert preparation.
Assist with daily baking, production, cake assembly, packaging, and order dispatch.
Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Keep workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and organised.
Follow recipes, instructions, and production timelines accurately.
Be punctual, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
Handle ingredients carefully and minimise wastage.
Be comfortable with cleaning duties and general kitchen operations.
Candidates with a pastry/baking course or relevant practical experience are preferred.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
