Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates.
Read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
Calculate material quantities and labour requirements.
Prepare rate analysis and project cost sheets.
Verify contractor bills and prepare running account (RA) bills.
Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors.
Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and project cost reports.
Qualification:
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and construction billing.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Robust analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
