Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to support recruitment for MedPlus stores in Chennai South. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring retail sales staff and blue-collar employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for MedPlus retail stores.
Source and recruit sales staff and blue-collar employees, including delivery boys.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up until joining.
Handle multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets.
Coordinate with store teams and hiring managers to close vacancies on time.

Preferred Experience
2–7 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.




Experience hiring retail sales staff and blue-collar candidates is essential.
Experience recruiting Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants will be an added advantage.
Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate follow-up skills.
