Job Title: Senior Billing Executive.

We're seeking an experienced Billing Executive for Retail Store in Mumbai. Responsibilities include:
Preparing retail and wholesale invoices
Preparing e-way bills and general admin tasks
Coordinating with head accountant and providing the data regularly
Assign SKU number to incoming goods in the product master
Making payments to suppliers and vendors as per the credit cycle
Handling customer payment receipts, supplier payments, and petty cash
Reconciling payment collection books and depositing cheques
⁠ Attending and responding to all calls including customer enquiries, supplier calls, and general communications

Requirements:
5 years of experience in billing and basic accounting
⁠ Timings – 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
⁠ Salary – ₹24,000 – ₹30,000
⁠ Location – Santa Cruz West (5 mins walking from station)
