Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage customer outstanding, vendor invoice processing, payment management, account reconciliation, and statutory compliance, payment follow-ups, credit control, and collection activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry and be comfortable coordinating with customers as well as internal Operations and Accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer outstanding and payment follow-ups.
Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and on time.
Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of dues.




Follow up on overdue invoices and payments.
Prepare and analyze debtor ageing reports.
Monitor Accounts Payable aging and outstanding liabilities.
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, VAT, and other applicable tax regulations
Prepare AP reports and MIS as required

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Accounts*.

Freight Forwarding / Logistics experience is mandatory.*
Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes
Valuable communication, follow-up and Excel skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
