Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage table allocation, order taking, and timely food service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for accurate and timely order delivery.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management.
Train and support team members to improve service quality.
Ensure guest satisfaction and follow company SOPs.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
