REQUIREMENTS
Willing and able to build the Sales Department from scratch
Robust-headed; able to work in a limited-resource, rapid-paced environment
3–6 years of Business development experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
Startup / small-company experience is an added advantage
Self-starter who can build scalable processes independently
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Sales team from start
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.




Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and brand visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
