The Glazing Head leads the Glazing function and owns end-to-end delivery and warranty support for

glazing projects, which is critical to FG.Protect's sales success.

Leads: Estimation; Design Team; Project Management; Site Execution Team; Factory Team
Works closely with: Sales Head – FG.Protect; Marketing – Sales Support

Key responsibilities
Lead the five Glazing teams: Estimation, Design, Project Management, Site Execution and

Factory.
Own end-to-end delivery of glazing projects, from pre-sale estimation to post-award

completion.
Own warranty support for delivered glazing projects, so clients get the end-to-end backing they

expect.
Support FG.Protect sales with pre-sale estimation and design input.
Work with the Sales Head – FG.Protect to align glazing capacity and commitments with sales.
Work with Marketing – Sales Support on specifications.
Set transparent role metrics for each team and review performance against them.




Report on project progress, delivery risks and warranty matters.

Key performance measures
On-time, on-budget delivery of glazing projects.
Quality of delivery and handling of warranty claims.
Estimation and design turnaround in support of sales.
Team performance against role metrics.

Requirements
Relevant experience leading glazing or façade projects from estimation through delivery.
Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams, including design, site and factory.
Robust knowledge of glazing materials, processing and installation.
Experience managing warranties and client expectations on project delivery.
Engineering or technical qualification, to be confirmed.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
