Job Title: Student Counsellor / Admission Counsellor
Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (In-Hand)
Experience: Relevant counselling or admission sales experience preferred.

Job Summary

INSD is looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Student Counsellor who can understand students’ career aspirations, explain course offerings, address concerns, and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career prospects.
Understand students’ interests, educational backgrounds, and career goals.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.




Handle objections and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM.
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
