Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused executives to support Lynk users through phone calls, follow-ups, and customer service activities. The selected candidates will help users understand the Lynk platform, resolve basic queries, improve user engagement, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective users and existing users as required.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Explain Lynk app features, registration, onboarding, and account usage.
Assist users with basic login, profile, wallet, payment, and app-related queries.
Follow up with users regarding registration, onboarding, and pending requests.
Record calls, feedback, complaints, and follow-up details in the company's CRM or tracking system.
Escalate technical issues, payment disputes, and account-related concerns to the appropriate team.
Maintain professional communication and follow company calling scripts and SOPs.
Meet assigned daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups,



customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Protect customer information and follow company privacy and data security policies.
Coordinate with the operations, technical support, and management teams.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal communication skills in Telugu and/or English; Hindi is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with mobile applications.
Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Patience, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work with targets and rotational shifts, if required.
Freshers may apply, subject to the company's hiring criteria.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
