Job Description

Growlity Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication, coordination, and employee management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and salary coordination.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, and employee records.
Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, engagement activities, and exit formalities.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations.
Maintain HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and employee databases.
Support performance management, workforce planning, and applicable labour law compliance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Valuable communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
