They will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze market trends and develop effective solutions to drive business results.

What does the job entail?
Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders across the agency to drive business growth and partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and market share
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and ensure agency competitiveness
Design and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve agency objectives and goals
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the agency,



promoting a customer-centric approach
Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their success and growth
Manage and mitigate risks associated with business partnerships and agency operations
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance
Identify and capitalize on recent business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and inform future strategy
