Job Description:
Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data manipulation and analytical reporting.
Power BI: Dashboard creation, data modelling and visualization.
Valuable working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience handling and consolidating large/multiple datasets.
Solid understanding of operational metrics and performance reporting.
Ability to independently convert data into business insights.
Preferred
VBA/macros, Power Query or similar automation experience.
Exposure to workforce/capacity planning or work allocation.
RCM operations experience.
Exposure to process improvement methodologies
