Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching at the primary level (Grades I and II), possess strong communication skills, and foster a positive and interactive classroom workplace aligned with the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lessons as per the CBSE curriculum for primary grades.
Plan, prepare, and implement engaging and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and growth.
Assess, record, and report on the development and progress of students.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration for holistic student development.
Integrate innovative teaching methods, including the use of technology and activity-based learning.




Uphold the school’s values and contribute to extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.)
Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum for primary grades.
Prior teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners.
Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is essential.
