Job Summary

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage client inquiries, coordinate shipment activities, and ensure efficient service delivery. The role involves providing timely shipment updates, resolving customer concerns, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain smooth operations and solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and service requests through calls and emails.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment processing and timely delivery.
Provide shipment updates and follow up on delivery schedules.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.
Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service; freight forwarding or logistics experience is preferred.
Basic understanding of shipping procedures, shipment coordination, and logistics operations.
Proficiency in MS Office, skilled communication, and customer record management.

Required Skills

Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Effective coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
