About the Role

Espacio is looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team at KINFRA, Ramanattukara. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D modeling, architectural visualization, and rendering. The candidate will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts and drawings into realistic 3D models and high-quality visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Create detailed and realistic 3D models based on architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.




Prepare high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
Work with AutoCAD drawings to develop accurate 3D models.
Use SketchUp to create architectural models, interiors, exteriors, and spatial layouts.
Produce realistic renders using Lumion and D5 Render.
Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and camera angles to achieve skilled-quality visualizations.
Create interior and exterior views based on project requirements.
Make design modifications and update 3D models based

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
