Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in ERP support to handle client queries, manage support tickets, troubleshoot ERP-related issues, and provide effective solutions. The candidate should have positive communication and problem-solving skills and be willing to visit client locations in Nagpur whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries related to ERP software through calls, emails, and support tickets.
Raise, track, update, and resolve support tickets within the defined timelines.
Troubleshoot ERP-related functional and technical issues.
Understand client requirements, identify problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
Visit client locations in Nagpur for face-to-face support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution when required.
Coordinate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain proper documentation of tickets, client interactions, and resolutions.




Provide basic ERP training and guidance to clients on system usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1 years of experience in ERP support, technical support, or software support.
Hands-on experience handling ERP-related queries and support tickets.
Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact directly with clients and understand their requirements.
Willingness to travel to client locations within Nagpur as required.

Preferred: Experience with Odoo ERP or any other ERP system.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
