Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Build comprehensive master schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Team & Subcontractor Leadership: Direct integrated teams of marine, electrical, and production engineers alongside external vendors.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage multi-crore or multi-million project budgets, track expenditures, mitigate cost overruns, and handle change orders.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction milestones comply with international maritime standards (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL) and classification society rules (e.g., IRS, ABS, DNV).
Safety & Risk Management (HSE): Enforce strict safety protocols for high-risk operations, including hot work, confined space entry, and heavy lifts in shipyards and dry docks.
Stakeholder Reporting: Act as the primary liaison between shipyard executive management, naval/commercial clients, and regulatory authorities.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
