Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue current sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach.
Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, draft quotes, complete application processes, and secure policy binders in compliance with regulatory standards.
Needs Assessment & Consultation: Interview prospective clients to evaluate their financial situations, risk exposures, and existing coverage gaps.
Account Management & Retention: Maintain regular contact with current policyholders, handle policy renewals, and recommend cross-selling or bundling prospects to increase client value.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
