Sales Executive – CRM

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and drive sales through effective CRM management.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
Update lead status, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and CRM reports.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for lead management and customer requirements.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.




Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or CRM management.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is an advantage.
