We are a 7-room boutique hotel located within a resort and are seeking a highly experienced skilled to manage sales, bookings, and overall property operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee sales strategy and room revenue management
Handle bookings and reservations across all channels (OTA, direct, corporate)
Manage end-to-end daily operations of the property
Ensure smooth coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and resort teams
Deliver a high standard of guest experience and service quality
Manage pricing, occupancy, and availability
Handle guest relations, escalations, and feedback
Maintain operational reports and performance tracking

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in hotel/boutique hospitality operations
Strong understanding of sales, OTA management, and revenue optimization
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to independently manage a small luxury/boutique property
Experience with boutique hotels or resort-based properties will be an advantage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
