About the Role
BJS Home Delivery is looking for customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a skilled approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries while ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to deliveries, orders, and shipment status through calls and emails.
Provide timely updates regarding delivery schedules, delays, and other service-related issues.
Coordinate with internal operations teams and drivers to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company systems.
Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company procedures and service quality standards.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Freshers and candidates with relevant customer service experience can apply.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in rotational US/UK shifts.
Willingness to work 5.5 days per week, with 6-day working during probation, as applicable.
Immediate joiners preferred.
