MANDATORY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
3–6 years of experience in Varicent (formerly IBM SPM), Tool Version 7 and above.
Experience in SPM technologies is preferred, along with Application and Maintenance Services (AMS), Support and Maintenance, and Data Integration.
Proficiency in writing database queries and understanding database concepts.
Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
Experience creating and modifying calculations, views, and data stores in Varicent.
Experience developing reports for different roles and titles.
Handling ad hoc data change requests from clients.
Experience working with complex data structures for data extraction and transformation.
Experience extracting data from multiple databases, including Oracle, SQL Server,
and Teradata.
Experience developing and managing web reporting portals, including data extraction, data loading, portal page creation, and testing.
Ability to program structural data validation checks and identify data discrepancies.
Knowledge of database management tools.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.
