We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Engineer to supervise residential construction projects and ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Monitor construction work according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects and other site teams.
Check the quality of construction work and materials.
Monitor work progress and maintain proper site records.
Take measurements and assist with quantity estimation.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and other construction activities.
Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with senior engineers.
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
Follow safety practices and maintain discipline at the construction site.
Provide regular updates on project progress.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience in residential construction is preferred.
Basic knowledge of RCC, PCC, foundation, brick/block masonry, plastering and finishing work.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and construction documentation.
Candidates who can independently manage day-to-day site activities will be preferred.
