Duties
Identify and generate new business opportunities through telemarketing and direct outreach
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to maximise sales potential
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Prepare customised proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
