We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to identify current business opportunities, generate leads, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
Generate leads and convert them into clients for software development and digital marketing services.
Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand requirements.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client requirements.
Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of IT services (websites, apps, digital marketing).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Positive presentation and client-handling skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
